ECON-SD10MS is an endeavor in reverting and recycling the oxides which occurs during working of a Wave Soldering Machine in order to reduce production cost, create a greener environment and assist the quality process.
Uses a special stirring system to melt the tin residues in the tin container and separate tin and ash in the separation container by the high speed of screw rotation.
FEATURE:
1. Uses special mixing & separation design, the dross automatically feeded into inner part of mixing part
2. Automatic separation of tin and tin ash, into the tin and tin-ash collection device
3. Separated liquid pure tin automatically stored in the tin cabin, when it reaches a certain volume, the alarm system turns on, operator just only need discharge the liquid pure tin to molding tray
